What is the return/exchange policy?
You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return.
• Refunds are only offered for defective or incorrect items.
• For all other reasons (e.g. change of mind), we offer exchange only.
• Price differences between exchanged items are not refunded.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How long does it take for delivery?
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days based on your location.

We currently offer the following options:
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer (IBFT)
• Easypaisa / JazzCash
Are the colors exactly as shown in pictures?
We do our best to capture colors as accurately as possible. However, a slight variation may occur due to different screen displays and lighting.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is processed by contacting us via WhatsApp or email at aur.hijab.store@gmail.com.
Once your order is processed, no changes can be made. At that point, our return policy will apply.
